Nearing the ending of 2008 was trying for me. I leveraged my credit cards to pay for a real estate training course. I was very happy that I made the steps to better my career and I graduated on April 14, 2008, unfortunately I was laid off my job on the exact same day. I was devastated, because I was in the process of being qualified for a loan to purchase my first rehab property. Of course with no job I would not qualify. I was determined to not allow this is hinder me in any way I researched a new means of education still attempting to stay focused and to keep going forward. I am still unemployed with a limited means of financial support. I plead to you for your assistance to help me to make it through this. My course studies are on going.
